A tie in the February 27, 2025, election for the Sub-Area IV Director position requires a second vote.
Candidates: Stephen Freeman and Stephen Werner

Time: 5:00–6:00 PM (before the Board Meeting)
Location: City of Bloomington Utilities Building, 600 E. Miller Dr., Bloomington, IN
Absentee Voting:

• One vote per freehold.
• Request an Absentee Ballot by:

1. Calling (812) 334-0233 to arrange pickup.
2. Mailing a signed written request with a pre-addressed, postage-paid

10 envelope to:
